| Statement of Intent:
Statement of Intent: The purpose of this Bill is to eliminate the fourth and final year of high school for whom it is expendable for. This bill hopes to give the incentive to have more students remain in high school until graduation, since there will most likely only be on more year of education in order to receive a diploma. The option of maintaining a fourth year of high school remains as some may still need it for financial purposes or various other reasons. Students who graduate in three years may allow them more time to persue a more specialized education elsewhere.
Effective Date: This Bill shall take effect July 1st of 2011
Financial Statement: Financial Statement: The only cost will be replacing and reprinting the law books
