An act relating to New Jersey casinos.
Be it enacted by the Youth Model Legislature of the State of New Jersey that casinos and gambling houses will be legalized outside of the city limits of Atlantic City to compete with the rise of casinos and gambling houses in Pennsylvania and lower New York.

Section I:

Casinos and gambling houses shall be allowed within the city limits of Newark, Trenton, and Camden
|

Section II:
|
Casino and gambling house placement must be approved by New Jersey's Casino Control Commission before breaking ground.

Section III:
|
The tax on casinos will be increased by 2.5 percent to further bolster state revenue

| Statement of Intent: The purpose of this Bill is to bolster state revenue by expanding state controlled gambling so as to compete with expansion in neighboring states.
Effective Date: This Bill shall take effect immediately after it's passing.
Financial Statement: This is a revenue generating bill and thus will cover all costs incured and the cost of rewriting the law books.
